THE THERAPY

We begin with our intake, a postural assessment, and testing (standing, seated, prone, supine). We assess, treat, and re-assess. We use the following in treatments:

  • Direct Techniques

  • Indirect Techniques

  • Myo-fascial Release

  • Muscle Energy Release

  • Osteo-articular Normalizations

  • Visceral Mobilizations

  • Cranio-Sacral Techniques

  • Biodynamics

​COSTS:​
  • 30 minutes: $90 
  • 45 minutes: $125 
  • 60 minutes: $145 
  • 75 minutes: $175 (Initial Appointments)
  • 90 minutes: $190
  • ​Payments Accepted: Cash or Cheque; E-transfer accepted if paid on-site
  • No debit or visa on-site.
​​Missed Appointments & Cancellations

Please note that Manual Osteopaths and Massage Therapists only receive payment for in-person services. Missed appointments are costly for a therapist. In the event you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please provide 24 hours notice of the cancellation or the full appointment fee will be billed. Exceptions are made in the event of a family or medical emergency. Please ensure contact information is up to date (and updated regularly) for appointment reminders by text or email.

  • If patients have a cold or flu we will need to reschedule.

  • The treatment space is pet free but pets do live in the home. If you have severe allergies to pets this may not be the optimal treatment space for you.​​
